         You can't just give away your apartment , you can't just let land grabbers grab your land.Now lets talk of housing for the homeless and the thing called land reforms. A huge land cannot maintained by a single person it must be distributed and that's it . so that the land will be utilized. a useless land don't exist anymore ,but its better to put a garden , or a house there for shelter than leave it unused.some fool without permission just build a house there without any papers or just fake papers and claim it and there starts the inquisition who really owned that? its the job for assessors. Some people grab the opportunity to earn money via networking  then the networking after 15 to 20 years will disappear together with their investment. they do the recruitment(pyramiding scam) , by explaining how greedy they are , and how  fast they can earn money , they do this by stimulating their greediness , they go online, they discuss selling of health foods selling them with overpricing,  talk for 3 hours and with sweet things but the end is bitter because they will ask for payment , with small starting capital the benefits are small and  why not make it big? Finally their president is gone with the millions money laundered  from them. This is the reason why you don't need to ask why they cant share their multi billions ? why cant their share excess food and just throw them all to the garbage instead of giving them to the poorest among the poor? they want to avoid inflation, they want more profits by increasing the price and creating artificial scarcity of supply.
